You acknowledge that Mabanina and all its employees are not responsible for any claims or costs that may arise due to your use of the system, or related to the property or any of its contracts, including legal fees and court proceedings.
You also agree to indemnify Mabanina for any damages or claims arising from your use of the system, including legal fees or court costs.
Your use of the system is subject to these terms in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in the event of a legal dispute, the competent courts will be the entity responsible for resolving the dispute.
If any clause of these terms is found to be illegal or invalid, this does not affect the rest of the clauses, and they will remain in effect.
The Mabanina platform is provided "as is" without any warranties regarding the quality of services, and Mabanina disclaims responsibility for any malfunctions or errors in the system.

At Mabanina, we aim to fully meet your expectations of our services. Therefore, we offer a comprehensive refund policy for subscribers under the following terms:
When you use the Mabanina system, you confirm your full awareness of this refund policy and your acceptance of all its terms, including any future modifications, and your agreement to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You have the right to request a refund of amounts paid within fourteen (14) days from the subscription date. This is limited to our direct services, and does not include costs or fees for services provided by external parties.
Value Added Tax (VAT) is not included in refunded amounts. You may request its refund from the Zakat, Tax & Customs Authority.
Refunds are processed within a period of no less than sixty (60) days from the date we confirm receipt of your request.
Updates to the Refund Policy
By using the Mabanina platform, you agree to abide by any modifications or updates to this policy as soon as they are published through appropriate means. Mabanina reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions when needed, and any changes will be announced here.
How does the refund process work?
To submit a refund request, please send an email titled "Subscription Refund Request" to your registered partner service center, sent from the email address registered with us.
You must attach complete bank account information (Name — IBAN — Bank). This information must match the account used for payment, whether payment was made via bank transfer or through other electronic payment methods.
